Try, Test and Learn Evaluation - Final Report. Prepared for Department of Social Service

The Final Report of the Try, Test and Learn (TTL) Fund evaluation commissioned by the Australian Department of Social Services focusses on 52 tranche 1 and tranche 2 TTL projects. The evaluation methodology follows an embedded mixed methods research design, integrating qualitative methods into a quasi-experimental design. The data sources included client and service provider interviews, quantitative administrative data, the TTL client survey and service provider progress reports. The Final Report provides an assessment of the TTL Fund's effectiveness, efficiency and appropriateness using data collected up until 30 June 2020.
