Study on the methods of bacteria examination in soymilk

With several different brands of soymilk collected in the market,we have test the microorganism content in the soymilk by using the methods of plate count,methylene blue reductase testing and direct microscope count.The results showed that all of the methods can be taken to test the quality of soymilk.The method of methylene blue reductase testing with 6×10~(-3) mg/L methylene blue dye liquor is simple and quick to operate,and the cost is relative inexpensive.
