Asymmetric image encryption based on the Discrete Cosine Transform using Random Phase Masks

This paper includes image encryption describing Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) using Double Random Phase Masks (DRPE), which is implemented on MATLAB (2008a). The computed value of mean-squared-error between the retrieved and the input images shows the efficacy of scheme.
