Die for producing rotary tin target and production method thereof

The invention relates to a die for producing a rotary tin target and a production method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of functional materials. The die comprises a back tube, and a cooler which is arranged in the back tube, wherein a die coating is arranged at the outer part of the back tube, and the bottom part of the die coating is welded to the back tube through a sealing ring; the upper part of the die coating is connected with the back tube through a supporting sheet; a connecting ring is arranged above the back tube; the upper part of the cooler is in contact with the connecting ring; the connecting ring and the connector are fastened through a fastener and is fixed through a bolt. The method is characterized in that the raw tin is obtained and smelted into casting liquid; the casting liquid is casted into a die which is used for producing the rotary tin target; the tin is completely solidified from bottom to top in a sequence in a manner of water cooling from the inside of the die; and then the die is released so as to obtain the rotary tin target. The tin target produced by the method is high in density, free of air pores, impurities and other defects, and small in crystal particles; in addition, the preparation process is simple; the cost is low; the repeatability is high; and mass industrial production can be carried out.
