Integrated Digital Manufacturing Technology on Turning-milling

Turn-milling machining play vital role increasingly in modern manufacturing technology,in this paper,the flow chart of integrated turn-milling manufacturing in typical structural part w as discussed, the process planning in numerical machining w as proposed firstly,and the methods used in numerical programming w ith the softw are of DELCAM introduced accordingly,then,the simulation model w as constructed and the simulation machining w as concerned by VERICUT softw are,at last,the correctness and validity of the method w as certified by experiments and qualify result of CMM.
