El concepto de juicio técnico y diseño en Fernando Broncano y su aplicación en la gestión del desarrollo social

In this work we will talk about the Technical Evaluation related to the philosophy of design described in the works of spanish philosopher Fernando Broncano: Entre ingenieros y ciudadanos y Mundos artificiales. Once that Broncano states that design is ?a novelty and efficient answer to a practical issue?, and that technical evaluation is ?an analysis to understand why a particular design (a model) is the best settlement to an issue?, we will discuss an epistemic and axiological concept of social design profitable for the formulation of a philosophical proposal in the interdisciplinary field of the public administration. The goal is to improve the official?s knowledge in topics related to develop social programs trough the propositions of the philosophy of design and philosophy of technology, promoting a theory of the social management. Our goal is to define the improvement patterns for the technical and professional work of the officials through a rational process, pulling this way maximal moral and material benefit on their doings.
