Securing Data Communication of Internet of Things in 5G Using Network Steganography.

Data transmission security is the foundation of reliable application of the Internet of Things. With the rapid development of the Internet of Things, big data, 5G technologies in recent years, the Internet of Things has been widely used in industrial production, healthy domain, smart environment domain, national security, and other fields. The problem that monitoring data can be easily eavesdropped and tampered in wireless channel transmission has been recognized gradually. Some confidential data with sensitive information of users, such as medical data, must be protected during transmission. The traditional method cannot meet the requirement of some privacy data transmission stage. In this paper, we proposed a novel approach based on network steganography to improve the security of data transmission in 5G IoT network, which could improve the security of private data with less communication overhead.
