Relative to uplink communications method from a wireless terminal to a network over an air interface, the method implemented in the wireless terminal, comprising being: detecting (S1) data to be transmitted by the wireless terminal to the network to activate a request to the network planning for an uplink transmission, the method comprising the steps of: determining (S3) a priority associated with the detected data; and transmitting a scheduling request for uplink transmission to the network link if the determined priority is a first priority, the method characterized by delaying (S5) transmission or not transmit a scheduling request for uplink transmission to the network being if the determined priority is a second different priority, wherein the data of the second priority corresponding to a data flow configured to not send a scheduling request.
