Analysis of fatty acids in poppyseed oil

The fatty acid components in poppyseed oil were analyzed by gas chromatography.Seven fatty acids were identified in the poppyseed oil,thereinto linoleic acid was the main component.Poppyseed oil was objective evaluated by illustration.
