In China,basis of sports legislation is the essential issue which determines the persistence and stability of sports law.The basis of sports legislation is composed of inner basis,legal basis and practical basis.Specifically,sports rights protection and sportsmanship development are the inner basis;the higher-level laws such as constitution,legislation law,sports law are the direct legal basis;the round development in economy,politics and culture is the practical basis of the sports legislation in China.
