Thoughts Based on the Construction of Hydroelectric Information Network System of Lushui Reservoir

The design principles and accomplishing way of controlling flood in reservoir and establishing information network system for hydroelectric minor enterprises are given, combining with the procedure of design and construction of flood controlling computer network system of Lushui reservoir.
