COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, TETON COUNTY, WYOMING The Board of County Commissioners, Teton County, WY met in regular session January 10, 2006 at 9:00 am in the Commissioners Chambers, Teton County Administration Building. Present: Leland Christensen, Chairman, Andy Schwartz, Jim Darwiche, Mike Gierau, Commissioners. Larry Jorgenson was absent. Jan Livingston, Administrator, Jim Radda, Civil Attorney, Melissa Shinkle, Deputy County Clerk, Randy Bosch, Planning Director, Craig Jackson, County Engineer. Chairman Christensen called the meeting to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was repeated. Mr. Gierau moved for approval of the December 20, 2005 minutes, with the corrections as presented by Planning Staff regarding Applicant Benjamin Ellis’ AMD 05-0009. Paragraph 4, page 10, last sentence changed to: “Mr. Ellis clarified that owners could still use the buildings for rentals, and that the structures would only have to had been used as residential prior to 1978.” Paragraph 6, page 10, third sentence changed to: “He discussed non-conformity, and agreed that the impact was there, but rebuilding would cause more.” Paragraph 8, page 10, last sentence: “Mr. Gierau was willing to get rid of it, but they must have something proactive and appropriate to replace it; he did not want to put density in places that were not appropriate.” Paragraph 11, page 10, last sentence: “If the Board were to send it back, he suggested restricting one of the lots to deed affordable which might make for lots in the NRO more palatable.” Seconded by Mr. Schwartz.
