Develop reform of medical function experiment to promote research and innovation ability of medical students

It is a urgently resolving issue for medical higher education of China to improve and enhance the interest and innovative ability of medical students.The research in teaching reform,which regarded experimental teaching reform of functional experiments in basic medical as the initiation point,pursue to transform the conventional classical experiment of acute renal failure into synthetic experiment by students designing and completing experimental operation under the help of teachers instruction and achieve to cultivate and enhance the interest and innovative ability of medical students.The results of experimental teaching reform have demonstrated that it effectively promoted the interest of students in experimental research,but the evaluation of innovative ability will be observed in the future.
