A methodology that proved successful for expulsion of Rupornis magnirostris in the facilities of the National Educational Unit Hector Castillo Reyes, because of attacks to the passersby in the area, including children. It mainly based on a prior diagnosis of the causes obtained through informal communications and visits, it was established that the temporal and volumetric accumulation of garbage generated food supply conditions for the settlement of nests. The presence of a juvenile and a nestling, and two adult couples, generated the conflict of territoriality in the period of parental care.
