In work the solution of an actual task of creation of the information environment and methods of support of decision-making of a choice by an individual of educational programs on the basis of requirements of employers is proposed. The original scheme of process of support of decision-making of an assessment of an educational program considering requirements of the employer and an individual is offered. The software is developed for an assessment, ranging and selection of educational programs in the market of educational services on the base of the skills demanded by the employer. The method of an assessment of competitiveness of vacancy on the basis of the analysis of the employer’s conditions is offered. The main functions of the information system are: accounting of employers; accounting of vacancies; accounting of requirements of employers and their comparison to competences of educational programs; an assessment and drawing up a rating of competitiveness of educational programs of higher education institution in labor market; assessment and drawing up a rating of competitiveness of vacancies.
