Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of the Teaching Forces in the Rual Primary and Middle Schools in Fujian Province and Thoughts on Countermeasures

From the specialization of teachers themselves, the environment for teachers’ specialization and the need for their specialization, this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of the teaching forces in the rural primary and middle schools in Fujian Province, and concludes that there exist the following problems in the rural teaching forces: the outmoded situation of the construction and management of teachers, the severe state of teacher exodus, the high work pressure, and few chances for teacher training. This paper also analyzes the factors for these problems and puts forwards countermeasures for the construction of the teaching forces in the rural primary and middle schools.
