Aplicación de TIC con fines académicos en educación superior tecnológica: un caso de estudio.

A descriptive study on the application of information and communications technology (ICT) in schools of technological higher education is presented in this paper. These aspects of digital technology, subjects in today's society, and the cognitive processes that arise are addressed. It also presents the results of a higher education institute of three that were part of the study, in order to understand the application of ICT in the teaching-learning process and reach a better understanding of the object of study. While the understanding and comprehension of the socio-cultural- educational phenomenon does not lead to immediate application solutions directly, is a basis of understanding to establish educational intervention strategies, that regarding to ICT school uses, enabling empower learning processes posed by the teacher. Being this study useful for propose intervention strategies and pedagogical mediation that allow achieving better learning and higher student achievement, with the informed use of ICT.
