Áreas cementeriales y registros funerarios Altomedievales y de época Hispano-Musulmana en el yacimiento de la Orden-Seminario (Huelva)

This article exposes an approximation to La Or-den-Seminario’s archaeological site occupation during Hispanic-Muslim Era, according to ar-chaeological and paleoanthropological evidence collected in an excavation at a small rural necro-polis. From the last visigothic population remains, it has been possible to figure out the necropolis evolution in two phases that were interrupted by an episode of agricultural activity whose storage structures provided enough evidence to establi-sh a chronological reference frame. Documented population behaviour reveals life conditions in rural communities and their historical evolution throughout VIII to XII centuries, what gives us the chance to consider the shape and the flow of the islamization process among the rural communi-ties in that zone.
