Projekt optimalizace zásobovacích systémů ve firmě Thermacut, s.r.o.

The subject of this thesis is to optimize the storage systems, especially sys-tem inventory management and purchasing activity at Thermacut, s.r.o. in Uherske Hradistě - Mařatice. The theoretical part is the processing of a literature review, related to logistics, supply, storage, shopping and business process management. The practical part is divided into two chapters. Analytical chapter describes the company Thermacut, s.r.o. and represents the current system of supply and purchasing activities, the allocation of items into groups for optimization. Project chapter suggests some possible ways to optimize inventory manage-ment, designs and formulates recommendations to improve the current situation.
