2015
For decades now, scholars have researched the aesthetic inspirations refl ected in the poetry of the Generation of '27. Undoubtedly, the Avant-Garde movement infl uenced their poetics and the way they conceived art as a whole. At the same time, the poets of this group were avid readers of the verses of their own literary tradition. Although Gongora became a symbol of this, the poets of '27 transcended Gongorismo very early.
