The phase transition temperature of the Na2 SO4·10H2 O phase change material was successfully re-duced to 27℃ by using a certain amount of NaCl. For the problem of phase separation and supercooling,adding a certain amount of thickening agent and nucleating agent made the phase change system more stable. The phase transition temperature and the enthalpy of the system was measured by DSC,then the best recipes with high enthalpy and room temperature was determined.
