Preparing method of energy-saving type high blast slag microcrystal glass

The invention relates to a preparing method of energy-saving type high blast slag microcrystal glass, which uses sensible heat of molten state high blast slag for a melting process of other auxiliaries required for preparing the microcrystal glass. A use level of the high blast slag is 45-65%, target components of the high blast slag microcrystal glass (wt.%) comprise 10-30% of CaO, 35-60% of SiO2, 10-15% of Al2O3, 8-12% of MgO, 2-5% of K2O, 3-4% of ZnO, and 3-6% of TiO2. The method comprises: after being molten and fully homogenized, pouring all the materials into flexibly controlled constant temperature die, finishing forming of parent glass, nucleation of the microcrystal glass and growing of crystal in the die and cooling to room temperature without changing a furnace kiln. The use level of the high blast slag in raw materials for preparing the microcrystal glass is optimized, process parameters are reasonable, energy consumption and a preparing period are saved, and problems of complex process, large energy consumption and high cost of the existing microcrystal glass preparing process are solved.
