TRAFFIC STUDY IN THE COMMERCIAL CENTRE OF THE AVENIDA DEL GENERALISIMO

The traffic study described in this article deals with mapping of the subsoil, economic justification, town planning, transport and parking demand, planning of the road network, access and parking facilities. The methods used in this study are outlined. All data presented (transport and parking demand, pedestrian traffic, public transport, etc.) are based on 1975 being the completion date of the work currently carried out and take into account conditions in the year 2000. /TRRL/
