The invention discloses a method for preparing custom made breast prostheses by using a 3D printing mold, and relates to the technical field of medical manufacturing. The method comprises the following preparation steps: data acquisition: acquiring body surface characteristics MRI and CT scan tomography data of an affected side breast and an operation side of a patient, or collecting data by using a high-precision non-contact type laser three-dimensional human body scanner; model building: processing the acquired data by medical simulation software MIMICS, computer-aided design software and the like, building a three-dimensional model of breast prostheses; mold preparation: carrying out modification, compilation and shell extraction treatment on the three-dimensional model of the breast prostheses by using software such as Geomagic, CAD and the like, outputting in an appropriate format to a 3D printer to prepare the mold of the solid breast prostheses; and filling and curing: filling silica gel and other materials for breast prostheses into the mold of the breast prostheses, curing and shaping to obtain the custom made breast prostheses. The method meets the requirements for personalized breast prostheses based on individual difference, can realize quick production of custom made breast prostheses with low cost and low technical threshold based on the existing breast prosthesis materials, and has the advantages of strong practicability and easy popularization and generalization.
