ICT-aided Collaborative Learning: Concept, Methodology and Resources

This article identifies theoretical, procedural and technolog- ical aspects associated with collaborative learning (CL) but including the ICTs. Regarding the methodology, a document review was carried out based on topic clusters. This study led to the following inferences: i) There is a need to stop deeming the ICTs as instrumental objects and start to take them as a gearing of techniques, resources and strategies for the group educative development; and ii) It is understood that the stu- dent’s experience in CL occurs as an individual-to-collective transition and the ICTs favor that their interaction translates into an knowledge and practice exchange.
