Application of the Expendable Pattern Casting Process with Single Chip Computer

Sand fill and compaction are essential factors of Expendable Pattern Casting(EPC).The principle of the 3D vibrating table was introduced,and the hardware and software which takes 8031single chip computer as the key vibratiy parameters control part were designed in this paper.The application vesults show that it′s very good at antijiamming and the vibrating parameters control,and it can be used in the control of production.
