Reversed phase C18 packings for the separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by high performance liquid chromatography

The preparation of C18 stationary phases for the separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons has been investigated. The effect of the pore size of the silica, the endcapping procedure, the amount of reagent and the amount of water in the preparation was also examined.
