The aim of this study was to find out the problems of primary school teachers due to change in syllabus. The study was descriptive in nature and survey method was applied for the collection of data. Population of the study was 2316 male and female primary school teachers. Sample of the study was 348 male and female primary school teachers through simple random sampling technique. A self-made questionnaire was used to collect the data from teachers. It was found that teachers support the change when they involve in this process. Lack of resources, lack of in service training, professional courses, required qualification, and lack of AV aids were the problems for teachers. It is also recommended that Government may support the teachers and motivate them when syllabus changes. It is recommended that Government may help the teachers to provide AV aids, teacher’s guides, text books, helping recourses, Democratic and powerful management, provide information about intended outcomes, content knowledge, required essential skills to teach new syllabus.
