Application Prospect of Optical Fiber Quantum Key Distribution Technology in Power Grid

High-speed and large-capacity optical fiber communication plays an important role in power system communication.With the development of optical fiber communication network tapping technology,optical fiber communication security faces new challenges.This paper analyzes the vulnerability of optical fiber communication network,introduces the fiber quantum key distribution technology,and summarizes the features of three QKD networks.Finally,the paper proposes the prospect of fiber QKD in power system and future research directions.
