GAMBARAN PENERAPAN SANITASI TOTAL BERBASIS MASYARAKAT PADA STAKEHOLDER DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN PENJARINGAN JAKARTA UTARA TAHUN 2019

Long-term, this research wants to know the profile of community-based total sanitation conditions, create learning modules on community-based total sanitation (CBTS), and provide recommendations for improving community-based total sanitation conditions among stakeholders so that it can improve health status in all working areas of the Puskesmas, Penjaringan District, North Jakarta. Specific targets to be achieved in this study are to identify the profile of a community-based total sanitation program, knowing the form of CBTS implementation for each stakeholder in accordance with their respective roles and responsibilities. The method that will be used to achieve long-term goals is to use qualitative study analysts. The first stage is to know the description of community-based total sanitation in the work area of the Puskesmas, Penjaringan District, North Jakarta by using interview guidelines and document review and observing community-based total sanitation conditions and the second stage of this research is knowing the form of application of CBTS for each stakeholder according to their respective roles and responsibilities -Each. The results in this study are that there are still many CBTS targets that have not been achieved and there is still a lack of stakeholder participation in achieving the desired targets. The networking community still needs motivation and support from various parties in creating a good sanitation area, so it needs support from various relevant stakeholders, especially community apparatus themselves to be more focused and more focused on running CBTS.
