Electrostatic Accelerators Facility for Multiple Ion Beam Applications

An electrostatic accelerators facility consisting of three different type machines mainly for materials science and biotechnology research has been constructed at JAERI, Takasaki. The accelerators can be operated simultaneously for multiple beam application in tripple and dual beam modes. The accelerators, the beam characteristics and their research applications are outlined.
