The invention discloses a precooler for dehydration and dehydrocarbon of natural gas. The precooler comprises at least one group of heat exchangers, and each group of heat exchangers is formed by overlapping two heat exchangers with the same structure; each heat exchanger comprises an end closure, a tube pass shell, a shell pass shell, a tube pass inlet, a tube pass outlet, a shell pass inlet and a shell pass outlet; the tube pass shell and the shell pass shell are welded together through a thin tube plate; a heat exchanging tube bundle is a high-alloy heat exchanging tube bundle and is deeply welded together with the thin tube plate; the end closure of the first heat exchanger is provided with a device for preventing injecting a hydrate inhibitor, and the heat exchanging tube bundle is obliquely arranged relative to a horizontal plane. The precooler provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of high-pressure resistance, high temperature difference and great processing amount; and the precooler can prevent hydrates from being generated, saves a lot of energy sources and effectively satisfies the requirements of normally operating a low-temperature device for dehydration and dehydrocarbon.
