Design and Experimental Analysis of Analog Portable Electromagnetic Gun

Because of the base of electromagnetic gun is heavy and difficult to move, we designed a small size of portable electromagnetic gun depending on the principle of electromagnetic induction. It has characteristics such as embedded integration and manual or automatic control. The analog electromagnetic gun firing device uses the STM32F407 microcontroller as the control core and is composed of the hardware circuit, two-dimensional cradle head with steering engine, OpenMV intelligent camera, human-computer interaction module, etc. The actual experiments showed that: this system can fire toward the ring target accurately. The distance between the hit point of projectile to the target can keep within 5 cm, and the electromagnetic gun can aim and fire automatically within 5 seconds.
