An Optical Transmission Network Simulation System Based on Hardware Functions Software Implementation Method

In order to meet the higher requirements of 5G and iot technologies on the operation, maintenance, management and control of optical communication transmission network in the future, low-cost optical transmission network simulation system is urgently needed to realize the rapid improvement of maintenance staff's operation and maintenance ability. In response to this problem, this paper adopts a hardware functions software implementation method, under the guidance of design ideas such as versatility, uniformity, standardization, authenticity and openness, based on a combination of software and hardware architecture, to develop a low-cost simulation network management system and simulation optical transmission network with complete functions and strong expandability. It can provide support for the intelligent management, application, teaching and training of optical transmission network equipment.
