The invention provides an environment detection apparatus, an emergency monitoring system, and a power control method of an environment detection apparatus. The environment detection apparatus comprises a hollow spherical housing, and a power supply module, a data acquisition module and a control module which are arranged inside the hollow spherical housing and are connected with one another. The environment detection apparatus further comprises a temperature detection module which is respectively connected with the control module and the power supply module. The temperature detection module is used for detecting an environment temperature. The control module is used for determining whether a preset power-off condition is met according to the change value of the environment temperature and controlling the power supply module to stop supplying power to the data acquisition module when determining that the preset power-off condition is met. The environment detection apparatus, the emergency monitoring system and the power method of the environment detection apparatus can effectively control the power supply module, substantially reduce electric energy loss and improve the electric energy application efficiency of the apparatus.
