Disclosed are a ship supporting process equipment, and a method for removing a block. The ship supporting process equipment comprises a block (1), a sand box (2) and a cement docking block (4) successively arranged to be in contact with each other from top to bottom, wherein a sand box cover (3) is further arranged between the sand box (2) and the block (1), the sand box (2) is used for being filled with sand, and the sand box cover (3) can descend or ascend along with the height of the sand. By means of the ship supporting process equipment, when the block (1) is removed, the block (1) can be quickly separated from a ship. During the process of removing same, the loss of sand in the sand box (2) is used to cause the block (1) to descend, thereby being able to realize non-destructive removal of the block (1), such that the removed block (1) can be re-used.
