Competitiveness Evaluation and Research of Electricity Retailers Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With the deepening development of new electricity market reform, a large number of electricity retailers entered the market, and the competition in the retail side has gradually emerged. How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the core competitiveness of various types of electricity retailers in the power market has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper analyzes the characteristics of various types of electricity retailers and the way to participate in market competition. A evaluation index system of electricity retailers competitiveness is built from four perspectives, which are further divided into secondary indicators. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the proposed competitiveness model. Finally, the competitive evaluation results of four different electricity retailers are reflected directly in the form of radar chart. The research of this paper has certain reference value for different electricity retailers to make reasonable strategy and improve their service in electricity market.
