Identification of parasitic fungi on the egg masses of Meloidogyne of vegetable crops in Fujian

The investigation were made on the parasitic fungi in the egg masses of root-knot nematode of vegetable crops in Fujian Province.401 isolates of fungus were isolated respectively from the 624 samples of root-knot nematode parasitized on root of vegetable crops.18 genera of fungus were identified,including Fusarium sp.,Paecilomyces lilacinus,Rhizopus sp.,Aspergillus sp.,Pochonia chlamydosporium,Rhizoctonia spp.,Curvularia sp.,Mucor sp.,Pleiochaeta sp.,Trichoderma sp.,Alternaria sp.,Pestalotiopsis sp.,Penicillium sp.,Colletotrichum sp.,Nigrospora sp.,Cunninghamella sp.,Cladosporium sp.,Pleuropgagmium sp..Isolate percentage of Fusarium sp.,Aspergillus sp.,Trichoderma sp.were respectively for 31.2%,10.2%,12.7%.,these fungi were the dominant populations of fungi.Isolate percentage of Paecilomyces lilacinus and Pochonia chlamydosporium were 8.1% and 4.5%.
