The present work has as main objective to determine the incidence of study techniques in the academic performance and their influence on learning of students in The first year of Bachillerato of Educative Unit PCEI Patate. Using a survey methodology aimed to teachers and students, Instruments and procedures were developed to serve as a base for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the variables investigated. The project is likely to run, supported by a field investigation, and considering the context in which they develop educational activities may establish findings and recommendations. Depending on what is revealed by the investigation proceeds to raise a proposed solution to the problem identified in a Study techniques Manual. The same will serve as support for teachers in their classrooms allowing the development of meaningful learning. Furthermore, this work has reference materials to gain access to additional research on the part of anyone who wants to delve into the subject.
