Research advance in heat shock protein in terrapin animals.

In this paper,the classification,characteristics and biological functions of heat shock protein(HSP) were introduced,the research advances in the anoxia-resistant mechanism,sex determination mechanism,tissue expression speciality and immune regulation of HSP in terrapin animals in recent years were summarized,and the significance and prospects of Trionyx sinensis HSP researches were discussed.
