The Progress of Research on Synthesis of Unsaturated Polyester Resin

In this paper, the advance of synthesis of unsaturated polyester resin has been reviewed,especially the synthetic methods of some functional unsaturated polyester resins,such as air-dried unsarurated polyester resin ,flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin toughened unsaturated polyester resin,photo-sensitive unsaturated polyester resin and unsaturated polyester resin with low shrinkage. The developing trend of unsaturated polyester resin has also been prospected.
