Die combination for producing housing and manufacture method thereof

The invention relates to a die combination for manufacturing shell and a manufacturing method thereof. The die combination comprises a high-pressure gas film molding die, a film sheet punching die and a shell injection molding die; the method comprises that the blank material of the film is printed firstly and the printed blank material is punched with a needed positioning hole; and then the high-pressure gas film molding die is used for molding the blank material into the blank films and the film sheet die-cutting die is used for cutting the blank films into needed film sheets; finally, the film sheets are injected into the die to produce the shell. With the combination and method, the problem that a shell product needs to be bent and stretched to a great extent can be solved and qualified products can be manufactured.
