The power supply system comprises the power supply battery, a super capacitor, a load and a control system, wherein the power supply battery and the super capacitor are respectively connected to the control system; the power supply battery is connected to the super capacitor; when the system supplies power to the load, the control system allocates the output power of the power supply battery and the super capacitor according to the power demand of the load and the work condition of the super capacitor, and when the system is standby, the control system controls the power supply battery to charge the super capacitor. The super capacitor can be applicable to the system with the high power and large capacity power demand, and by adopting the power supply method for the power supply system provided with the power supply battery and the super capacitor, the power demand for the load under various work conditions can be met.
