Розробка мультиплексної ПЛР тест-системи для швидкої діагностики деяких харчових патогенів

A multiplex PCR test system has been developed and proposed for use in the diagnosis of Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella spp. in food and raw materials of animal origin. TaqMan Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-Time PCR) technology was used in the development of the test system. The use of a test system in the practice of veterinary examination will significantly reduce the time of research compared to the use of traditional methods of analysis of bacterial pathogens. The diagnosticum is adapted for carrying out analyzes on devices of the most known producers (BioRad, Applied Biosystems, Corbett Research, DNA technology) and will be much cheaper than foreign analogs.
