The Sinicization of the Philosophy of Technology and the Research on Socialization of Technology

The historical orientation and the process of Sinicization of philosophy of technology are important issues in the study of philosophy of technology in China. Firstly, this article reviews historical process of origin and development of philosophy of technology in China, and analyzes the theoretical origin, scientific and technological basis and organizational characteristics of Chinese philosophy of technology in its development path. Secondly, it explores the philosophical issues of technology concerned by the academic field of contemporary Chinese philosophy of technology, as well as the philosophical issues in the development of contemporary Chinese technology. Thirdly, this article introduces the basic arguments, standpoints and principles of the school of philosophy of technology with Chinese characteristics, as well as the approaches and paths of Chinese philosophy of technology in the dialogue between China and the West. Finally, it puts forward a theoretical exploration of the sinicization of philosophy of technology which is to establish a socialization theory of technology for integrating technology and society.
