Studies on chemical constituents in dried herb of Isodon rubescens

Objective:Research the chemical constituents of the dried herb of Isodon rubescens in the county of wengan.Method:Chemical compounds were isolated by the silica gel column chromatography and Theirs structures were determined on the basis of their physics and chemistry nature、spectrum evidence and standard compounds.Results:Five compounds were isolated from the methyl alcohol extraction of the dried herb of Isodon rubescens.Conclusion:Five compounds which were isolated from the methyl alcohol extraction of the dried herb of Isodon rubescens respectively is ursolic acid(1),Beta-sitosterol(2),Guidongnin A(3),ludongnin A(4),ludongnin B(5).
