La filosofía Moral de Kant y la filosofía de la comunicación de Habermas como herramienta ética en el desarrollo de la filosofía política contemporánea

2015
This paper aims to highlight how the philosophical categories and Kant's approach in this area are part of the current discussion in terms of moral and political philosophy. The central idea is to develop the relevance of this moral philosophy, its scope and limits, within the framework of a philosophy of contemporary political morality, which would give solutions to the situation of coexistence and social intolerance of our time. Kant's contribution in terms of philosophy is not only essential for the understanding of the meaning of modern man and modern subject, regarding unsocial sociability seems to be an intrinsic feature of human nature and therefore the understanding of modern societies but it is essential from the point of view of its approach and methodology, which has provided practical philosophy such an important role in the field of modern and contemporary philosophical thought, which today is almost impossible to talk about ethics and morals without to resort to this autor.Por these reasons, this paper aims to clarify at what point in some of the proposals of the contemporary moral philosophy, as in the case of Rawls and Habermas, appears as a background or presupposed valid assumptions and approach discussion with the ideas of moral philosophy developed by Kant.
