Security Architecture of Electric Power Communication Network

Security and stability control and operation of bulk power grid,comprehensive construction of strong and smart grid,enterprise management and IP technology seepage and so on,need to construct security architecture of electric power communication network.The risk of the electric power communication network should be controlled within acceptable levels.The security of the electric power communication network should be safeguarded.In this paper,based on the contrast of information security and communications security,the functional model of the electric power communication network has been established and the security threats have been analyzed.The attack and defense matrix relationship and hierarchical structure of attack-defending electric power communications network are proposed,through summarizing the security system model ISO and ITU security system structure.The security architecture of the electric power communication network has been established,including three dimensions: the security level,the communication network safty engineering and communication network security management.The key points that need to be concerned are indicated,in respect of function level,security mechanism and security service of the electric power communications network.
