The invention relates to the information technical field, specifically relates to a communication system applying structural data object transmission architecture. A modulator is arranged right above a demodulator; a source encoder is connected with an encryptor through a channel decoder; the communication system also comprises the channel decoder, the encryptor, a converter, a microcontroller and a baseband signal shaping unit; the channel decoder and the source encoder are directly connected to form an integrated structure; the encryptor is arranged under the channel decoder; a local oscillator is arranged under the converter; the microcontroller is arranged at the left side of a carrier oscillator; and the microcontroller is arranged right under an exchange server. According to the communication system provided by the invention, digital signals are transmitted from a source to a destination through a channel; realization can be carried conveniently by using a large scale integrated circuit; it is beneficial to integrate communication devices; encrypted processing can be carried out easily; the security is ensured more easily; and the communication system is advantaged by high efficiency and precision, simple design and low cost and can be widely popularized and applied.
