REDES DE FORMACIÓN, INTERCAMBIO Y PRODUCCIÓN DE CONOCIMIENTO EN TERRENO ENTRE HOSPITALES DE DIFERENTES NIVELES DE COMPLEJIDAD

En el presente trabajo nos proponemos enriquecer el estado del arte de un proyecto UBACyT relacionado con las formas en que se nombra y se concibe la formacion en terreno y el diagnostico situacional de experiencias de colaboracion entre hospitales de diferentes niveles de complejidad en provincias argentinas. La hipotesis que sustenta esta indagacion es que la formacion en terreno, que se realiza cotidianamente pero no suele estar formalizada, y la formacion entre pares pueden dar respuestas a las desarticulaciones existentes tanto entre instituciones del sistema de salud como de estas con las universidades. Este tipo de formacion tiende a organizarse con un modelo que supera la habitual fragmentacion tanto entre asistencia, docencia e investigacion, como entre disciplinas o entre especialidades medicas. Permite ademas la construccion de un conocimiento sistematico que trascienda las practicas empiricas y posibilita la transferencia de los resultados. Palabras clave Educacion Salud Psicologia Institucional ABSTRACT TRAINING NETWORKS, INTERCHANGE AND FIELD KNOWLEDGE PRODUCTION BETWEEN DIFFERENT LEVELS COMPLEXITY HOSPITALS In this paper we intend to widen the State of the Art of an UBACyT research project that investigates the ways in which ground training and experiences of situational diagnosis regarding collaboration between different complexity levels hospitals in provinces of Argentina are named and conceived. Hypothesis behind this search is that field training, performed on a daily basis but usually not formalized, and learning among peers can provide answers to the dislocations both between health care institutions as those with universities. This kind of training tends to build a model that goes beyond the usual fragmentation between clinic care, teaching and research as well as between disciplines and between medical specialties. It also allows to structure systematic knowledge. This transcends empirical practices and enables results transfer. Key words Education Health Institutional Psychology
